Terms of Use

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of StyleMax AI, a Menlo Park Lab product. By using StyleMax, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app.
2. The service
StyleMax provides personalized style guidance, outfit analysis, wardrobe organization, and directional virtual try-on. AI results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or different from real-world color, fit, drape, sizing, availability, or appearance. The service is for general informational and creative purposes, not professional, medical, safety, or financial advice.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect access to your account, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account in the app.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of photos, instructions, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and transform that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content, including consent from identifiable people shown in photos.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use StyleMax to violate law or another person’s rights; submit exploitative, abusive, deceptive, or unlawful content; probe or bypass security; reverse engineer where prohibited; automate excessive requests; interfere with the service; impersonate others; or use generated output to mislead people about real events or identities.
6. Subscriptions, credits, and billing
Some features require credits or an auto-renewing subscription. Prices, billing period, included credits, and trial terms are shown before purchase. Apple charges your Apple ID account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period and can be managed in your Apple account settings. Deleting StyleMax does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Except where law or Apple policy requires otherwise, purchases are non-refundable and unused credits have no cash value.
7. Intellectual property
StyleMax, its software, visual design, trademarks, and service content—excluding your content—are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law. These Terms provide a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.
8. Third-party services
The service relies on Apple, authentication, cloud infrastructure, payment, and AI providers. Their terms may also apply. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
9. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features; enforce reasonable usage limits; or take action needed to protect users and the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, create security risk, or expose us or others to liability.
10. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STYLEMAX IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MENLO PARK LAB AND ITS PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM STYLEMAX. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version and update the date above. Continuing to use StyleMax after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
